We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with 4+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and familiarity with local suppliers and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate estimates. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and cost breakdowns. Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Identify cost risks and provide value engineering options. Prepare tender submissions and ensure compliance with client requirements. Liaise with project managers, designers, and procurement teams. Maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors. Attend site visits, meetings, and client presentations when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in estimation for fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of local market prices, materials, and suppliers. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, CCS Candy). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience with both commercial and residential fit-out projects.
