Job Description
Details Fit-out and Joinery Cost Estimation including Loose furniture
General Contracting Costing & Budgeting (Including all Civil & MEP works)
Able to prepare detailed BOQ with Cost (direct and indirect)
Able to prepare request for Information (RFI) for any absence or insufficient details in the tender package.
Gathered data or material price lists from the procurement/purchase team.
Able to send inquiries to Sub-contractors when required.
Able to prepare cost estimates by assessing material, labor, time, and other factors related to project execution.
Able to discuss labor and time require for site installation with the project manager
Able to consolidate data from respective departments to prepare costs for identifiable project components.
Qualification: B.E - Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
Computer Proficiency: MS Office, AutoCAD, plan swift
