Estimator

to join our team in Dubai Production City.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, plans, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns based on sketches or concepts. Collaborate with the Production team to ensure estimates align with technical requirements. Assess costs for labor, materials, transport, and equipment to determine project budgets. Perform detailed cost analysis to identify financial risks and variances. Source competitive rates by negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and submit detailed pricing proposals for client approval. Track project expenses and ensure they align with initial estimates. Assist in the bid preparation and procurement processes. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in estimation within the signage, exhibitions, advertising, or fit-out sectors. Experience in the UAE/GCC markets with a solid understanding of local pricing and standards. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and estimation tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Immediate joiners preferred.
