Job Responsibilities:
– Analyze BID documents, prepare BOQ, generate Costing & Estimation.
– Coordinate with Suppliers and Procurement for materials pricing in order to provide a competitive bid.
– Understand specification drawings.
– Provide cost saving alternative solutions to clients during bidding stage.
– Knowledge about latest construction modalities.
Job Requirements:
– Must have minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil estimations.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
– Dubai Municipality Approved License (Essential).
– Must possess knowledge of current opportunities within Residential, Commercial or Industrial construction in UAE.
– Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
– Open to all nationalities.
