to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process for facade, glazing, and aluminum system projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
Prepare
detailed cost estimates
for aluminum, curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and facade systems.
Liaise with
suppliers and subcontractors
to obtain material and labor quotations.
Analyze project risks, constraints, and value engineering opportunities.
Prepare
BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
Assist in the
bid submission process
, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Collaborate with
design, engineering, and project management teams
for technical and commercial alignment.
Maintain updated cost databases and supplier information.
Support project handover and provide clarification on awarded tenders when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
3 years of experience
as an Estimator in the
Aluminum / Facade / Glazing
industry.
Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and fabrication processes.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
MS Excel
, and estimation software/tools.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
