We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Estimator - Fit-Out
to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for interior fit-out projects, including commercial, hospitality, retail, and office spaces. This role requires strong technical knowledge, market awareness, and collaboration with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure profitable project delivery.Key Responsibilities
Review design drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate
quantity take-offs and cost estimates
. Collaborate withdesigners, project managers, and procurement teams
to develop competitive and compliant bids. Source, evaluate, and analyzesupplier and subcontractor quotations
to ensure cost-effectiveness. Prepare detailedBOQs, cost summaries, and commercial tender submissions
. Identify opportunities forvalue engineering
without compromising quality. Assess and documenttender risks, assumptions, and clarifications
. Stay updated onUAE market rates, material pricing, and fit-out industry trends
.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in
Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
.4-6 years' experience
in estimation forinterior fit-out projects
in Dubai/UAE. Strong technical knowledge ofjoinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, flooring, finishes, and custom furniture
. Proficient inMS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
. Excellentnumerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail
skills. Strongcommunication and coordination
abilities. Experience preparing bids forcommercial, hospitality, retail, or office fit-out projects
is mandatory.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
