We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Estimator

to join our team in Dubai. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Collect and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), cost breakdowns, and material take-offs. Conduct site visits when necessary to gather project details and assess conditions. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with project scope. Prepare and submit tender documents and ensure compliance with client requirements. Maintain and update cost databases, material rates, and subcontractor lists. Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project costs. Assist in post-tender clarifications and negotiations with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience in estimation. Strong knowledge of local market pricing, materials, and suppliers. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
