Role Summary:
Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial accuracv of proiects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings and specifications
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations for Furniture.
Review and verify quantities, and scope alignment Assist in tender submissions and post-tender clarifications
Update estimates based on design changes and approvals
