Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Prepare tender documents and submissions Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimate accuracy
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as an Estimator in UAE construction sector Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field Strong knowledge of UAE construction methods and market rates Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Must be available to join immediately
