Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates. Utilize estimation software (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell, CCC One) to calculate labor, parts, and materials costs. Communicate with customers to explain repair processes, costs, and timelines. Collaborate with insurance companies to process claims and negotiate repair costs. Ensure that repair estimates comply with industry standards and insurance requirements. Monitor and update repair estimates if additional damages are discovered during the repair process. Maintain detailed records of estimates, repair costs, and communications with customers and insurance adjusters. Work closely with the bodyshop team to ensure repairs align with the provided estimates and are completed on schedule. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest repair techniques, parts pricing, and insurance claim procedures.
