Job Description
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY / BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
Thoroughly analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools.
Collaborate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for various project components.
Conduct site visits to gather essential information for accurate estimation.
Maintain a cost database for efficient analysis and reporting.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a related field (Civil/Architectural Engineering)
Proven track record of successfully completing major projects with reputable clients
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in joinery/fit out in a well-established organization
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the UAE
