Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Analyze project specs and blueprints to prepare estimates. Conduct on-site visits and liaise with clients and suppliers. Solicit and compare vendor bids; prepare formal proposals. Maintain up-to-date cost databases and manage bid schedules. Participate in bid meetings and support contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
Degree in relevant field. 3+ years estimating experience (5+ for senior roles). Familiar with AutoCAD, estimation software, and MS Office. Strong math, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of landscape materials, techniques, and compliance.
