Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in Facade, Aluminium, and Glazing work. As an Estimation Manager, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs, resources, and time required for various projects related to facade, aluminium, and glazing installations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the profitability and success of our projects by providing accurate and competitive estimates to clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in estimating and project management within the construction industry, particularly in facade, aluminium, and glazing work.

- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and identify potential challenges or risks that may impact the project\'s cost and timeline.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals and requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and technological advancements related to facade, aluminum, and glazing work to provide accurate estimations.
- Prepare and present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and negotiating pricing and terms as necessary.
