We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded

Estimation Engineer

with strong

Pre-Sales experience

in the

interior fit-out sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and project proposals, supporting sales efforts with technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, etc.). Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for materials, labor, and services. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical and commercial input during the pre-sales phase. Prepare detailed proposals, tender submissions, and client quotations. Conduct value engineering to optimize cost without compromising design intent or quality. Attend pre-tender meetings, site visits, and client briefings when required. Maintain and update a cost database, material pricing, and supplier/vendor information. Work closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and proposed solutions. Assist in risk analysis, feasibility studies, and bid/no-bid decisions. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, client specifications, and internal processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimation, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
