Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for office interior and fit-out projects
Study drawings, specifications, and scope of work to identify cost implications
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing
Obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations
Conduct quantity take-offs for joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, MEP, and finishes
Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
Assist in tender clarifications, negotiations, and final submissions
Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and historical pricing
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
Estimation Engineer in office interior & fit-out
Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, finishes, and MEP coordination
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
