Job Description

Responsible to study, analyse and evaluate tender documents from a technical commercial point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.

Responsible prepare project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities, amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase.

Responsible to interface with planning engineers to resolve design/system conflicts as well as coordinates overall scope of work during proposal phase.

Responsible to interface with the Subcontracts department and Procurement department to negotiate with approved vendors / suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies / material as per project (pre/post tender).

Responsible to prepare and generate monthly progress reports highlighting tender wins/ losses (indicating reasons) for review and verification of management

Responsible for all individual and certain specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.

Promoting companys Group Values, Code of Conduct and associated policies

Participating and providing positive contribution to technical, commercial, planning, safety and quality performance of the organization and in accordance with Client, Contractual, regulatory requirements

Visiting Sites and Project locations to discuss operational aspects

Developing deep understanding of the local market; including knowledge of competitors, clients and/or contractors, relative market positions etc

Undertaking any other responsibilities as directed and mutually agreed with the Line Management.

Requirements

Degree in Any Discipline Engineering

5 years of experience

Candidates must have oil and gas experience
