Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for facility management projects, including maintenance, MEP, and soft services. Ensures all estimates comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.

Authorized to request technical clarifications from suppliers and subcontractors.
Can recommend value engineering options to optimize project costs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracted works.
Obtain and analyse quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the proposals team.
Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure estimate accuracy.
Identify and quantify risks, exclusions, and assumptions in the estimation process.
Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations with clients.
Maintain an updated database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards in all estimation activities.
Prepare and maintain estimation files, cost breakdowns, and supporting documents.
Generate regular reports on estimation status, bid pipeline, and win/loss analysis.
Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes.
