Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for fire protection and detection systems.
Review tender documents, project specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with requirements.
Estimate costs for fit-out works, maintenance contracts, retrofit, and new projects.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Ensure technical and commercial aspects of bids are fully aligned with client requirements.
Prepare shop drawings and assist in design submissions when required.
Support operations and sales teams with estimation inputs during project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (preferred).
Proven UAE experience as an Estimation Engineer in Fire Protection & Detection systems.
In-depth knowledge of fit-out works, maintenance, retrofit projects, and fire & life safety standards.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of project requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for shop drawings preparation.
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
