Roles and Responsibilities Graduate in Civil Engineering or any Degree related in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equal qualifications 5 to 10 years Experience in Oil & Gas industry including minimum 5 years in development/project work and minimum 5 years in Estimation works, in the Oil & Gas processing or petrochemical industry with good estimation background. Gulf Experience in Oil & Gas Industrial projects and Familiar with MS Office, ISO 9001 Quality Internal Auditor Extensive experience in cost estimating practices. Professional knowledge in cost analysis and construction methods and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills. Reporting and technical writing skills. Strong analytical skills. Preparing tender prices from studying project drawings, designs and bills of quantities. Analyzing and compiling data on construction factors, such as labour, materials, special machinery requirements, and site location.
