About the Role

Pool Engineering Consultants L.L.C is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

Estidama Engineer

to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Estidama submissions and sustainability requirements in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of Estidama documentation for residential, commercial, and villa projects while working closely with senior engineers, architects, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and submitting Estidama documentation including PQ, PRS, and construction-stage requirements. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and sustainability consultants to ensure compliance with Estidama criteria. Liaise with Abu Dhabi authorities (ADM, ADCD, ADUPC/UPC) for approvals and follow-ups. Review project drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with sustainability requirements. Support the preparation of sustainability reports, compliance evidence, and related documentation. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with Estidama guidelines during construction. Ensure all submissions meet Abu Dhabi building codes, Estidama regulations, and project standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in Estidama submissions and sustainability compliance (UAE experience preferred). Good understanding of the Estidama Pearl Rating System and related approval processes. Familiarity with authority requirements in Abu Dhabi. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines.

Arabic as a mother tongue is preferred
