We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Part-Time Esports Instructor

to join our growing academy, delivering exciting gaming sessions to students aged 6-12 across schools in

Dubai and Abu Dhabi

.

The instructor will lead structured esports sessions using

Nintendo Switch

consoles, guiding young learners through fun, skills-based activities, game mechanics, teamwork challenges, and competitions. The role includes travelling to school locations, setting up equipment, managing student engagement, and supporting our educational goals through gaming.

Working Hours

Must be available some or all days Monday to Friday, 14:00-16:30 Term-time only Transport expenses covered Applicants must be on their own visa (no visa sponsorship provided)

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate esports sessions aligned with the academy's curriculum Set up and manage Nintendo Switch equipment before each session Supervise and support students during gameplay, promoting positive behaviour and teamwork Teach game-specific techniques, strategies, and good sportsmanship Monitor student progress and provide encouragement and guidance Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment Liaise with school staff on-site and report any issues to the programme coordinator Travel independently to various school sites across Dubai and Abu Dhabi Stay up to date with games in the curriculum and attend occasional training

Desired Skills & Requirements

Experience working with

children aged 6-12

in an educational, coaching, or youth setting Confident using a

Nintendo Switch

and familiar with popular games (Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., etc.) Willingness to learn new games as part of our esports curriculum Reliable, organised, and able to independently travel to schools in

Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Friendly, patient, and passionate about games-based learning Excellent communication and classroom management skills Background in education, youth work, coaching, or esports is a plus
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED150.00 - AED350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
