Escrow Account Manager
Job Description
Location: Dubai, UAE | Department: Finance
To oversee escrow accounts for real estate and construction projects in Dubai. The role ensures compliance with DLD & RERA regulations, safeguarding client investments and supporting smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and reconcile escrow accounts in line with UAE regulations.
-Ensure funds are released only upon meeting project milestones.
-Coordinate with RERA, banks, auditors, and developers.
-Prepare accurate financial reports and support audits.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, or related field.
-3-7 years' experience in escrow account management within UAE real estate/construction.
-Strong knowledge of RERA audits & DLD regulations.
-Excellent financial, organizational & communication skills.
