About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead client implementations, manage requirement analysis, and bridge the gap between business processes and technical configuration. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of ERPNext, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations across different domains.

Responsibilties:

1. Business Requirement Analysis

Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document client business processes. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Gap Analysis, and Functional Specifications. Identify customization or configuration needs within ERPNext modules.
2. Implementation & Configuration

Configure ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, Projects, CRM, Stock, Buying, Selling, etc.) as per client needs. Work with technical teams to ensure customizations align with business requirements. Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate feedback cycles. Support data migration and validation.
3. Client Coordination & Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation. Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials. Provide post-implementation functional support and process optimization guidance.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed implementation logs, configuration documents, and SOPs. Report project progress, risks, and issues to project managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

2-3 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (ERPNext preferred). Strong understanding of business processes in Accounting, HR, Projects, Procurement, and Inventory. Hands-on experience configuring ERPNext. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. ERPNext Certification or Frappe Developer Certification (advantageous).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative mindset and proactive approach. Good documentation and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
