The Role

Identify and approach new clients who might benefit from our ERP systems.

• Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Provide detailed product presentations and demos to showcase ERP solutions\' benefits.

• Provide tailored solutions to satisfy client demands and business concerns.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create customer proposals and quotes.

• Secure sales transactions by negotiating price, conditions, and contracts with clients.

• Conduct post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and build long-term connections.

• Strategically position ERP solutions by staying current on industry developments and competition offers.

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives, contributing to team success.

Requirements:

• Requires ERP sales or similar software sales expertise.

• Expertise in ERP systems and its applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for building client connections.

• Effectively communicate and demonstrate software solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Sales objectives consistently met or exceeded.

• Identified as self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

• Proficient in working alone and cooperatively in teams.

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

• Available for travel as needed.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or comparable discipline.

• Expertise with common ERP systems.

• Experienced with cloud-based ERP solutions.

• Sales experience in areas including manufacturing, retail, FMCG, hotel, and finance.
