Erp Project Manager

Job Description
:
1. Understand what the client needs during the sales process.
2. Write down the project details, timeline, and what resources (like team members or tools) are needed.
3. Manage the project based on the agreed scope and handle any changes professionally.
4. Inform the business team when a project milestone is reached so they can send the invoice.
5. Listen to feedback from the business team about the client's experience and work on improvements.
6. Review the performance of functional consultants and developers in your team.
7. Request new team members from HR when needed.
8. Interview HR's suggested candidates to check technical skills and see if they'll fit with the team.
9. Get a project completion certificate from the client once everything is finished.
What You Should Know:
1. Odoo ERP system
2. Project management (especially using Odoo's project tools)
3. How business processes work
4. How to document both current and future processes for clients
Experience Needed:
At least 5 years of total experience working with an Odoo Partner
At least 2 years of experience in a UAE-based Odoo Partner company
Qualifications:
Valid driving license
A bachelor's degree in ERP or Business
Odoo certification
