Full job description We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated ERP Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the company\'s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success, and managing project resources effectively and responsible milestone deliverables and collection. The ERP Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing ERP projects, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of ERP software and business processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and successful completion of ERP projects within the designated timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, including resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and cooperation among team members. Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Coordinate with vendors and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful ERP system adoption. Evaluate project outcomes and performance to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
- beside the above responsibility we would like also to have the experience in system administration.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in implementing ERP systems.
- Certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and how they integrate with business processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
