Location

: Remote

We're looking for a smart, proactive ERP Consultant to join our pre-sales team. you will play a key role in the sales cycle by acting as the bridge between the client, the sales team, and the product team. You will support the sales team with tailored software demos, answer technical and functional questions, and ensure smooth onboarding by guiding the client through system implementation. Your ultimate goal is to accelerate deal closure and ensure a smooth handover to operations with a clear understanding of the client's financial needs.

What you will do in your role

Pre-Sales & Client Advisory

Join sales calls to understand client needs and showcase Mazeed's capabilities. Deliver live, tailored product demos based on client industry and business model. Handle technical and functional questions during the pre-sales process.

ERP Implementation & Functional Analysis

Prepare solution design documents, process maps, and implementation plans. Configure ERP modules (accounting, invoicing, payroll, etc.) to match business workflows. Lead the system setup and onboarding phase with support from operations. Collaborate with developers to implement customizations where needed. Ensure smooth handover to post-sales/operations after implementation.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with the product team to prioritize client-driven enhancements and validate use cases. Act as the voice of the customer--bringing real-world insights to help shape roadmap and feature delivery. Support knowledge sharing within the team and contribute to internal documentation.

What you will bring to the role

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in total and 3- 5 years in ERP implementation or cloud accounting consulting. Comfortable working in pre-sales environments and dealing with C-level clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to translate complex accounting workflows into digital solutions. Comfortable speaking with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Fluency in English.
