Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

ERP Implementation Engineer / ERP Technical Support

professional to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing technical support of our ERP system within a contracting environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP systems used in construction projects, including finance, procurement, HR, payroll, and project management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support ERP implementation, configuration, and deployment across departments Understand business processes in contracting projects and map them to ERP modules Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ERP users Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Customize reports, dashboards, and workflows as per business requirements Manage data migration, validation, and system testing Conduct user training, prepare user manuals, and provide post-implementation support Monitor system performance and recommend improvements and upgrades Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support (construction/contracting sector preferred) Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar) Good understanding of construction workflows: Projects, Cost Control, Procurement, Stores, Finance, HR & Payroll Experience in SQL, reporting tools, and basic scripting is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to support multiple users and projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with contracting companies ERP project implementation from scratch is a strong advantage Knowledge of UAE construction practices and compliance standards

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
