Job Profile: ERP Engineer Job Location: Dubai India Job Title: ERP Engineer (2+ years) Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Key Responsibilities Include

Lead and manage ERP implementation projects for clients in Dubai, adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Conduct thorough business process analysis and translate requirements into functional configurations within the chosen ERP system.

Work closely with clients to define data migration strategies, manage data cleansing, and ensure smooth data transfer.

Configure and customize the ERP system based on client needs and industry best practices.

Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs for various user roles within the client\'s organization.

Provide ongoing support and address technical issues post-implementation.

Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Development, and Support) to ensure seamless project execution.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies relevant to the Dubai market.

Skills Required

2+ years of experience in successful ERP implementations, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East region.

Strong understanding of core ERP modules (e.g., finance, accounting, supply chain, CRM) and their practical application.

Proven experience in business process analysis, documentation, and redesign.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial accounting principles.

Experience with data migration techniques and tools is a strong plus.

Fluency in English and Hindi is highly desirable.

Qualification Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (highly preferred). Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
