We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented
equivalency certificate expert
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing equivalency certificate applications for clients applying through the UAE Ministry of Education or other relevant authorities. The role involves handling document verification, client coordination, and ensuring smooth submission and follow-up of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end processing of equivalency certificate applications
Review and verify educational documents for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and provide status updates
Liaise with authorities such as the Ministry of Education and other institutions
Stay updated with latest policies, guidelines, and requirements
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing
Requirements:
Proven experience in equivalency or certificate attestation services
Strong knowledge of UAE equivalency procedures
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the attestation or education consultancy field
Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam
