Job Description
Currently looking to speak with experienced Corporate Lawyers either based in Abu Dhabi or looking to relocate from a Common Law Jurisdiction for a position with a Leading Law Firm in the GCC.
Key Requirements:

- Must have at least 5 years PQE.
- You will be working on a broad range of transactional and advisory work.
- Must be an all-round corporate lawyer with specific experience of IPOs and public company work.
- Corporate Lawyers from the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand or South Africa are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to speak Arabic not required
