Design, deliver, and continuously update Ground Support Equipment (GSE) training programs in accordance with the IATA Ground Operations Manual (GOM).
Conduct classroom training and practical hands-on sessions covering all aspects of GSE operations, including but not limited to forklifts, pushback tractors, conveyor belts, etc.
Ensure that all training modules are aligned with safety standards and industry best practices for GSE operations.
Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure proficiency in GSE usage.
Stay up-to-date with the latest GSE technologies, regulations, and IATA standards to ensure training content remains relevant.
Maintain detailed training records for all trainees, including assessments and certification status.
Job Qualifications:
Proven operational experience of at least 3 years in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operations, including Forklifts, Pushback Tractors, Conveyor Belts, etc.Hands-on experience in aircraft loading and offloading operations.
Prior experience in operating a Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required.
Fluency in Arabic will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of IATA GOM standards and procedures is highly desirable.
