Responsible for assisting the department director in equipment and material management;
Acting on behalf of the department director when they are absent;
Responsible for establishing and continuously expanding the centralized purchasing center and warehouse in the Middle East region under the leadership of the department director, and developing the functions of procurement centers and storage facilities;
Responsible for project supervision, guidance, inspection, and other related work;
Responsible for organizing the promotion and training of equipment and material management systems;
Assisting the department director in team development, system building, and the formulation of equipment and material management policies;
Responsible for fixed asset management and waste material disposal;
Organizing the equipment and material management related work in the group management platform and system for the subsidiary company;
Developing a detailed work plan for the department and organizing its implementation according to the department director\'s work plan;
Responsible for the information management of equipment and material in CC7ME projects;
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding CC7ME\'s supplier database, and exploring new supplier channels in new countries and regions as needed;
Undertaking other work assigned by the leadership.

Educational and professional experience requirements

Holding a graduate degree with more than 4 years of work experience, or holding an undergraduate degree with more than 6 years of work experience.
Candidates should have more than two full-cycle project experiences in large-scale projects, or have served as the primary person in charge for significant reform initiatives, major research projects, or important work plans in the relevant field.
Candidates with professional skills in contract negotiation, data statistics, analysis, and related fields will be given priority under equal conditions.
