EPU «Test et Finition » Manager Main Missions: Ensure that test and have clear and exhaustive understanding of the Acceptance Criteria. Participate in a Hand Over process from Manufacturing. Manage on day to day basis the planning and workload in the testing workshop. Ensure the test are carried out according to the Testing procedure and the result properly recorded. Ensure the Tools and right Spare parts are available to the testing teams to carry out their activities. Review and improve continuously the operational activities to ensure productivity targets are met. Consolidate and well document Test Reports. Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices defined by APSYS. Regularly consolidate and communicate on the project KPIaEUR(TM)s. Manage Interface and perfect working relationship with: PrTCM (Project T&C Manager), SSM SSM (Sub-System Manager), TVE, PIM, Industrial Quality, Production Line Manager, Manufacturing EPU Manager, PrWM, PrQSM to achieve the testing KPIaEUR(TM)s. Cascade the information to Testing Teams. Manages disputes and day to day issues of his team. Manage competencies matrix and development plan for his test engineers or technicians. Ensures T&C activities and operating areas comply with Site EHS requirements. Reports Deviations, Near-misses and Accidents. Demonstrates excellent EHS behavior.

Niveau d'étude: License degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (Bac+3)

Expérience : Minimum 3-4 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, Basic level in English language Competences et skills: Have a good understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection and instrumentation, aEUR) Strong leadership; result-driven mindset Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing, industrial functionsaEUR) Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Team spirit approach and good communication skills Sera rattaché au Testing Manager
