Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by grinding, cleaning, repairing cracks, and ensuring proper adhesion


Mix epoxy, resin, hardener, and additives according to manufacturer specifications


Apply epoxy coatings, self-leveling systems, anti-slip coatings, and protective finishes


Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, rollers, squeegees, mixers, and trowels


Ensure uniform thickness, smooth finish, and proper curing of epoxy systems


Follow project drawings, technical instructions, and method statements


Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools before, during, and after application


Identify and report surface defects or material issues to the supervisor


Comply with site safety rules, PPE requirements, and HSE regulations


Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Epoxy Applicator or Flooring Technician


Knowledge of epoxy flooring systems, PU coatings, and resin applications


Ability to handle tools and materials safely and efficiently


Understanding of surface preparation techniques and curing processes


Physically fit and able to work long hours, including night shifts if required


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Basic understanding of safety practices on construction sites

Additional Information

Preferred Skills:

Experience in industrial, commercial, or decorative epoxy flooring


Knowledge of moisture testing and surface leveling


Ability to read basic technical drawings and instructions


* Prior GCC/UAE site experience is an advantage
