Key Responsibilities:.

Design and develop technical solutions for profile control, mobility control, water shut-off, and chemical EOR operations.

Lead the research and development, performance testing, and optimization of chemical flooding and tertiary recovery technologies.

Assist in reservoir dynamic analysis and assess the potential for production enhancement, particularly in mature fields.

Oversee and guide the on-site implementation of EOR operations, ensuring execution quality and technical compliance.

Evaluate the effectiveness of stimulation measures, and compile technical reports and data-driven evaluations.

Independently prepare stimulation treatment programs and perform chemical formulation and laboratory performance testing.

Participate in technical presentations, communication, and reporting with external clients and partners

Qualifications:.

Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum Geology, Oilfield Chemistry, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience in oilfield development and EOR techniques.

Strong Engineerise in chemical flooding technologies, including polymer flooding, surfactant flooding, mobility control, profile modification, and water shut-off processes.

Capable of conducting chemical formulation, lab performance evaluation, and treatment plan design independently.

Familiar with full-cycle field operations, with at least 5 years of hands-on on-site implementation experience.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken); able to use English as a working language for communication and documentation.

Willing to undertake short- and mid-term international travel assignments
