We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time, UAE-based, and require strong GCC experience, with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.
About the Role: The OCS / SCADA / Communication Engineer will lead the technical delivery and coordination of Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and communications subsystems. The role is integral to ensuring successful integration across various rolling stock and infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design, implementation, and testing of OCS, SCADA, and telecom systems
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and OEMs to align interfaces
• Ensure systems meet RTA requirements, safety standards, and operational KPIs
• Conduct technical reviews, interface assessments, and performance validations
• Support integration of control systems into the central operational architecture

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Electrical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering
• Minimum 15 years' experience in rail/metro OCS, SCADA, and communication systems
• Proven track record on GCC-based metro/rail projects; RTA experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and EN
• Strong coordination, reporting, and interface management skills
