We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time, UAE-based, and require strong GCC experience, with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.
About the Role: The Depot Specialist will lead the planning, design coordination, and delivery oversight of depot infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with track, rolling stock, O&M systems, and safety frameworks. The role is instrumental in enabling functional, compliant, and high-performing depot operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define depot layout concepts, workflows, and spatial planning
• Review architectural, civil, MEP, and systems drawings related to depot facilities
• Coordinate with design consultants, rolling stock teams, and O&M specialists
• Ensure depot functionality aligns with RTA guidelines, standards, and project KPIs
• Provide input on depot maintenance workflows, access paths, and equipment zones
• Support reviews of depot equipment installations and interface points

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years' experience in depot design and planning for metro/rail systems
• Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end depot infrastructure delivery in the GCC
• Familiarity with international standards and RTA requirements
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination, review, and reporting capabilities
