A geological and environmental consultancy firm in Dubai

, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a qualified candidate. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE or those with prior experience working in a Gulf country.

1. Geophysicist

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Geophysics Minimum five years of experience Fluency in spoken and written English is required Able to work in the field of geophysical studies such as seismic and refraction surveys, ground-penetrating radar (GPR), electrical and magnetic surveys, and groundwater and mineral exploration

2- Environmental Engineer

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geology or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Minimum of five years of experience Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. The candidate can work in the field of environmental studies, such as environmental impact assessments, climate change adaptation studies, desertification and land degradation studies, air, soil, and water quality studies, environmental modeling, and field monitoring using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Satellite imagery analysis, biodiversity and natural habitat studies, waste and hazardous materials management consulting, and carbon footprint measurements.

Required Tasks:

1. Prepare geological and environmental studies for development projects (industrial, agricultural, residential, and infrastructure).

2. Conduct environmental assessment studies to obtain permits and liaise with regulatory bodies (such as the Ministry of Environment and national centers).

3. Field environmental measurements (air quality, water quality, noise).

4. Development of environmental management plans and environmental emergency plans.
