The Role
Environmental & Sustainability Engineer Construction Industry experience within the UAE essential. . Assist with the preparation of project environmental plan, risk assessment, and Green Building rating procedures and plans in coordination with Technical and MEP departments. . Facilitate the implementation of project E & S related plans/associated procedures and project emergency plans. . Maintain a Project Environmental legal & other requirements register. . Monitor all site activities in respect of legal and other E & S compliance, report identified issues and provide guidance/assistance as necessary . Participate in Internal Audits or external audits conducted by the company and third party certification body as required.
Requirements
Degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline . 2-3 years experience as Environmental Engineer in Construction Field. . PQP and ISO 14001:2015 Certified. . Experience with obtaining Env. Permits/NOC's & developing/maintaining Env. Mgt. System. . Applied knowledge in Estidama/Al Sa'fat/LEED and E&S Legal/Compliance requirements
