Position Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team, specializing in the sales of environment friendly bacteria-based solutions for environmental services such as FOG treatment, grease trap management and other. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the food & beverage, wastewater treatment, facility management and environmental services sectors, offering innovative products to address issues and improve overall environmental sustainability. The Salesperson will utilize their technical knowledge and sales acumen to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their specific needs.
Understand customer needs, pain points, and objectives related to odor control in grease traps.
Technical Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of the company\'s bacteria-based solutions for grease trap management and their applications.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to wastewater management solutions
Product Presentation and Demonstration:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and effectiveness of our solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and educational materials to support product presentations.
Work closely with customers to assess their unique needs and recommend appropriate odor control solutions.
Customize product proposals and pricing based on the client\'s requirements.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to provide customer feedback for product improvement and development.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in chemistry, environmental science, biology, or a related field.
Previous experience in technical sales in environmental roles and strong technical knowledge of bacteria based odor control solutions is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as needed.
Must have a valid UAE driver\'s license with a vehicle.
