Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security-related tickets and requests, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• Escalate complex security issues to senior analysts when required
• Prepare basic reports and summaries highlighting recurring incidents or patterns
• Contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures
• Process user access requests and assist with periodic access reviews
• Support maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and groups per security policies
• Provide first-level support for security alerts by following established playbooks
• Coordinate with SOC, IT support, and technical teams for incident resolution
• Maintain logs and documentation for audits, compliance, and internal tracking
• Assist in gathering data for assessments, audits, and risk analysis
• Update security documentation, checklists, and registers
• Support security awareness and process improvement initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with organizational information security policies
