Your mission
We're looking for a world-class Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our high-performance team. This is not a "safe job" - it's a launchpad for builders who want to move fast, own big bets, and make meaningful impact in days, not months.
You'll identify, validate, and scale new ideas that directly contribute to growth, revenue, and product-market fit. Whether it's launching a new product line, testing a monetization experiment, or hacking together a v1 prototype - you'll have the full runway to build like a founder, with the support of a team that knows how to execute.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and validate new business opportunities across supplier sales, fintech, ERP integrations, AI tooling, or marketplace models.
Own end-to-end delivery of MVPs, pilots, and internal tools - sometimes solo, sometimes with engineers and designers.
Launch experiments with a scientific mindset: gather insights quickly, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Product to create scalable go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
Work with customers, partners, and internal teams to bring 0?1 ideas to life.
Drive real business outcomes - revenue, efficiency, retention, margin - not just slides and ideas.
Your profile
2-5 years in startups, venture building, product, ops, or growth - ideally in high-ownership roles.
Relentlessly resourceful - you figure things out, build what's needed, and get things done.
Comfortable zooming out to strategy and diving into operational or technical details.
Experience with MVPs, no-code, automation, or prototyping tools (e.g. Glide, Retool, Zapier, Supabase, Airtable).
Thrives in ambiguity and speed - you don't wait for instructions; you create your own roadmap.
Entrepreneurial mindset - aspiring founder or already have founder experience.
