Position Overview
The Entertainment Manager role at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai is responsible for leading daily venue operations across entertainment and food and beverage outlets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end entertainment and F and B operations in line with SOPs, brand standards, and Majid Al Futtaim policies
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences and successful event execution across the venue
• Create a customer-focused culture, owning escalations, service recovery, and root-cause analysis
• Use NPS and customer experience data to drive continuous improvement, performance, and profitability
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams, driving engagement, succession planning, and performance management
• Lead change initiatives and foster a strong service and safety culture
• Hold full P and L accountability, driving revenue growth, cost control, EBITDA, and net profit targets
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash handling compliance, and adherence to approved budgets
• Oversee end-to-end stock and inventory management, including verification, variance control, and regular stock checks
• Ensure compliance with contracts, legal and regulatory requirements, audits, and governance standards
• Close audit findings on time and maintain required operational documentation and reporting
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, safety, and environmental standards across the venue

Ideal Profile

• Hospitality certificate or diploma with relevant operational experience
• PIC Level 3 certification
• Five to eight years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or entertainment environment
• Minimum three years in a leadership or venue management role
• Ability to remain calm, think clearly, and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Passion for guest service, culinary excellence, professionalism, and integrity
