Job Title: Entertainment Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Package: 10,000 : 12,000 per month, plus benefits Im currently supporting an incredibly exciting, and expanding hospitality group here in the UAE. Based in the heart of Dubai, the group have already lauched a number of exciting concepts, with plenty more in the pipeline too (beach clubs, restaurants etc.) and they are now actively looking for an experienced Entertainment Manager to join their operations. Ideally were looking for someone who has a strong background within the Dubai F and B/Nightlife scene, and who is based in country already. Responsibilities: Day:to:day management of in:house performers, musicians and other entertainers Working with these artists to ensure that they are well prepared for performances and appearances Finding new entertainers to work across various venues and shows Negotiating contracts Managing and overseeing all aspects of an event, from start to finish including decor Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all services are provided as agreed upon and within budget Ensuring that all operations run smoothly, including scheduling rehearsals and performances and making sure that all technical elements are working properly Curation and execution of various entertainment concept International artist booking experience is a huge plus
