Enterprise Solutions Manager
Job Description
Hiring an Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead digital transformation and enterprise systems projects across diverse industries.
Responsibilities:
Drive enterprise technology strategies and ERP (SAP preferred) implementations
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Lead cross-functional teams and manage full project lifecycles (Agile/SCRUM)
Collaborate with key departments (HR, Finance, Operations)
Oversee vendors, manage budgets, and deliver impactful executive presentations
Analyze performance, improve KPIs/SLAs, and support strategic planning
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in enterprise transformation or consulting
Strong ERP implementation background (SAP preferred)
Fluent in Arabic and English
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
