After a very successful 2024, SVAR is looking for new Enterprise Sales Lead to join our team in Dubai
Lead enterprise sales efforts across new international markets
Identify and engage mid-cap companies in need of loyalty, rewards, and payout automation
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, from outreach to close
Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align solutions with market needs
Represent SVAR in strategic conversations with partners, prospects, and stakeholders
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and help shape the SVAR's global sales playbook
Key Candidate Criteria
Mature experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in spend management, rewards, or fintech platforms
Proven success in scaling sales for global or high-growth startups ($100M+ revenue milestones)
Strong understanding of digital loyalty, partner incentives, and payment workflows
Experience selling to mid-market clients across diverse geographies
Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Fluent in English

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
