Job purpose:



As a key member of Paymob's growth team,

Enterprise Relationship Manager

is responsible for forming strategic partnerships with large businesses and organizations. This role focuses on identifying, pitching, and closing high-value enterprise clients to expand Paymob's footprint across key sectors including retail, tourism, F&B, healthcare, and services. By leveraging a consultative selling approach and a deep understanding of client needs, this position plays a vital role in accelerating revenue growth and establishing long-term business relationships.

What You'll Bring In:



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new enterprise clients aligned with the company's strategic goals, leveraging a consultative approach to understand complex client needs. Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion, focusing on customer-centric solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to proactively address client challenges and identify growth opportunities. Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Ensure a smooth transition to account management and customer success teams post-sales, maximizing client satisfaction and retention.

What We're Looking For:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital transformation. Prior experience working with enterprise clients in sectors like tourism, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate client pain points into tailored solutions.
