This is a Pure Enterprise IT Sales Job Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise IT Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, driving business growth, and delivering high-value IT solutions. The ideal candidate is a UAE National, fluent in Arabic, with a strong understanding of the regional business landscape and at least 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and manage strategic relationships with key enterprise clients across government and private sectors.

? Identify new business opportunities and position the company's IT solutions (Infrastructure, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.) to meet client needs.

? Lead the end-to-end sales process from opportunity qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

? Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

? Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and sales forecasts.

? Maintain a high level of customer engagement and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

? Ensure revenue growth and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Fluent in Arabic and English - Required

? Minimum 5 years of experience in IT enterprise sales in the UAE.

? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

? Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, digital transformation, and system integration.

? Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

? Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
