Enterprise Architect - TOGAF Certified, SaaS Applications \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai

Candidates must be based in Dubai or the UAE to be considered. The client does not offer a relocation package at this time.
Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, standards, principles, and guidelines that guide technology decisions and investments across the organization.
• Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand the organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals and objectives and align the enterprise architecture accordingly.
• Develop long-term technology roadmaps that outline the evolution of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s technology landscape.
• Design and oversee the creation of solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
• Establish governance mechanisms to ensure that technology initiatives adhere to architectural standards and policies.
• Work closely with various departments and teams, including application developers, infrastructure teams, data analysts, and business units, to facilitate communication and ensure a cohesive architecture.
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the technology landscape, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure data security, privacy, and business continuity.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization\xe2\x80\x99s architecture and advising on their adoption.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of various technology domains, including applications, data, infrastructure, cloud computing, security, and integration.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex business and technical requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

• A minimum of a total 16 years\' proven experience in a similar role is required, particularly a candidate coming from a corporate background.
• Significant experience in IT architecture roles, including solution architecture, application architecture, or infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with SaaS applications, working across multiple teams and products with vast amounts of users.
